Orders
An order becomes a binding contract between yourself and RKR Sport only once the order is accepted by RKR Sport (the Company) and this has been communicated to you in writing.

Price and Payment

• The cost of goods is the cost displayed on the website.
  
• All prices are inclusive of VAT, which is due at the rate ruling on the date that you pay for the goods/products.
  
• VAT is not chargeable on the cost of delivery.
  
• You can pay for the goods using any of the payment cards outlined in the “Purchase” section of this site.
  
• All prices shown are in pounds sterling.

Delivery/Shipping

• Unless you (the customer) specify that the goods are to be sent to a different address, The Company will deliver goods to the address you supplied while purchasing said goods.
  
• RKR Sport does not deliver goods outside the UK until payment for the goods has been declared.
  
• RKR Sport will endeavour to dispatch goods as authorised in the “Shopping” section of this site. If we are unable to deliver within these timeframes, you will be notified of this immediately and reimbursed for goods, should you choose to cancel your purchase.
  
• Once delivered the risk in the goods passes to you the customer.

Returns

• Please read our “Returns” policy.
  
• You have the right to return goods for a refund, in their original condition, as authorised in our returns policy.
  
• RKR Sport will refund your money excluding postage as quickly as possible however, please allow 30 days.
